What My Ex-husband Did While Witnessing a Purse Snatching

Posted 1 month ago by Mary Lou Holt

My ex-husband was at a traffic light with a coworker one day when he saw a purse snatching in his side mirror.  A woman with an arm full of groceries had her purse snatched and the guy was running away.  My ex put his truck into park, jumped out of the car, chased the guy down the street and grabbed the purse away from him.  He then returned it to the woman, jumped back in his truck and drove off!  The woman stood there looking at dazed, like “what just happened here?” What a guy!  We are still best friends!

  1. How I handled it as an employee of a liquor mfg.

I had access to a CD from my company that gave you a test on how fast and what you were drinking. Then it told you what your blood alcohol content would be. I made my daughter take the test as a teenager and did allow her to drink in our home. I wanted her to know what her limit was and how much she could drink in order to stay under control and under the legal limit. I feel like it was my responsibility to provide her with that information to make informed choices.
