If there’s a lesson to be learned from Dinner for Two, it’s that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one. But is that always true?

    1. Perhaps For You, And That’s Ok

We never know what goals are the guide for someone else’s life. Perhaps someone’s goal is not to find the perfect match but to learn how to always be loving no matter what. Do we really want or need a world of people who all react the same in similar circumstances? Perhaps your perception that another’s needs are not being met completely is accurate but what if the need is one you might not consider?

  4. DINNER FOR TWO

really nice , selfishness gets you nowhere.I will pass it on . It was funny at the same time. I needed that this morning, must show it to my grandchildren. I really Love this site.

  5. When you can’t breathe it is true

We are fighting with our city to stop an approval on a 365 acre mansion project in a open space area near our home. The city wants to approve it so that they can benefit from the $ it may bring to the city. But they do so at a cost…A large scale project like this is way out of the thresholds for traffic and air quality. With the # of asthmatic children and frail elderly in the construction path…the city still wants to move forward. My question has always been, why doesn’t the city opinion fall on the side of the greater good. The health of citizens versus the wealth of the city. I don’t get it. It shouldn’t be that hard of a decision…or should it?
