Tony

Tony is executive produced by Grant Heslov and George Clooney. Actor Tate Donovan stars as Michael, a relentlessly responsible father. But the Tony at issue isn’t his son. It’s his son’s teddy bear. Or more vexingly, his 6-year-old son’s lost teddy bear. And therein lies the crisis, the challenge, and the question: Can you ever be too responsible? Read full article

Awesome film.
Great film. Love how everyone pitched in. (Liberty Mutual Style) His son’s reaction in the end didn’t surprise me. Atleast they kept it realistic!

This shows that nothing is impossible if everyone will just even try to help one another, listen to others and extends one’s hand to others….

Example of Mercy, Undeserved Love and Committment
Hello,
This film was very touching! And I believe it does show the deep love and committment of a loving father. This is the same kind of love that God, the Father has for us. It is the reason He sent Jesus Christ, His Son (also God) to take our sins and die on the cross. Just like the little boy we do not deserve this gift, but the boy’s dad did it just because. So, a more appropriate scripture would perhaps be John 3:16- For God so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life. And Romans 3:10- There is no one rightous, not even one. Very well done!

Really a good clip??
I have only seen the preview, but this seems to be about a rich family that can afford to go to extremes for their kids. A nice gesture, but it makes poorer families feel like they aren’t as good because they can’t fly to get a teddy bear. Also, the scene where the dad is standing around watching everybody else look for the bear appears in a less than positive light. I don’t want to say that it’s “the minorities that are working while the rich white guy stands around” but it kinda looks that way. Keep in mind that I haven’t seen the video, just the preview.

Yeah..
Hey lets pollute the world for this spoiled little brat by making unnecessary plane trips and drives for a stupid bear. I mean who cares if the kid can breathe without a mask 50 years from now as long as he has his bear right?
