Wonderful!

This story touched me so much I found myself crying at the end! I remember all those days where winning was more important than anything else. Those girls could have let things stay the way they were and tied up the game, the hurt girl could have struggled to drag herself to each base; in the moment of choice, the girls followed “Do unto others as you would have done unto you.” and gave that girl the win she earned by hitting that home run. (The pitcher was no slouch and she knew what it took to hit a homer off her).

Wonderful

I think every parent who has a child playing an organized sport should be mandated to watch this film before they are allowed to attend any games. They have much to learn from the young people playing the sport.

Mr.

Pure common decency is so recognizeable because of it’s rarity in all levels of society today. We all have a stake in this. When I was young they allowed a moment of silence to pray or not in your own faith. They made the pledge of alleigence to our flag and country a mantra amoung all. Where has all sense of decency gone? The way of common sense and respect I’m afraid. Society has become the bearers of a new mantra,” me,me,me “, and not “ us “ as a unified society with many parts that make up a whole group. Thank you for taking time to read these thoughts. If these thoughts ring true in whole or in part for you please pass them on! Thank you!

showing common decency

We are capable of showing common decency to everyone we know. They also are able to do the same etc. If we all did it we could live in a decent town, city, county, state, country, world, universe, etc…
