Who Can I Sue?
If you’ve made a New Year’s resolution about personal responsibility, you might have asked yourself, “Who can I help?”
But would you ever ask, “Who can I sue?”
That question is the focus of WhoCanISue.com, an online service that matches potential clients with lawyers, while begging a different question: does the site’s blunt come-on irresponsibly encourage more lawsuits?
No, says the Miami attorney who founded WhoCanISue and sees it as the future “go-to choice when people feel they’ve been wronged and are looking for answers.”
The site is searched through suggested “grievance” categories, like Medical Malpractice, Family Law, and Accidents. If you haven’t slipped on a banana peel, perhaps you slipped on a sub-prime mortgage, which is discussed under Mortgage Fraud in the “Hot Topics” section of potential reasons to sue someone.
After answering a series of online questions, users receive a list of lawyers willing to be contacted for possible representation in a lawsuit. The service is free for potential plaintiffs, but lawyers pay to be included on the site. “I don’t think WhoCanISue.com is going to, by itself, increase the number of lawsuits there are,” says its founder, “but it may make people more aware of what their rights are.”
Critics, however, contend that WhoCanISue makes a mockery of the legal system by suggesting that lawsuits are “frivolous and an easy way to make money.”
“Frankly, the whole process is not only scary, it is bound to give the public a rancid taste in their mouths about the profession,” fumed an article in Chicago Lawyer magazine. “As if there aren’t enough lawyers out there inventing lawsuits, now we’re going to invite the public to do so,” said a prominent trial attorney of WhoCanISue. “It encourages, if not creates lawsuits.”

Since April of this year my family has been harassed and assulted by another family down the street. We live on a prescriptive easment and the only access is
to go by their home. They have even blocked us with their cars and one of them was arrested for assult. I have had enough…I do have alot of physical evidence.

bring lawsuites against beer distirbutiors. distibutiros personaly taken advantage of distribtuors law and practicing favoring larger competiors agains smaller one using monopolized as weapon.
artificially created shortage in midst of price rise while supplying the beers to competiors brought our company in hostage situaction
interested to bring case for loss sustained, reputation lossed, streess on health
and legal expenses

I really very much believe that it was about time for an organization like,
who can I sue,exists. There are millions of people out ther that need to get help,
in finding Lawyers,that will be willing to really fight for people’s rights.That are
willing to fight coverups.And to stand up and argue these cases,before, the
judges.Lawyers that have what it takes to do their outmost best to bring about
Justice. I congratulate the devotion of all the attorneys of this organization.

Need to know who to sue. Title company never mentioned my house was wood frame and not cbs as all documents show including survey and privacy wall that i thought was neighbors turns out to be encroaching on my property and the wall built by former owner of neighbors house has never had a permit pulled. I believe I have every legal right to take back and remove the wall need a very strong lawyer please advise. I understand that there is no time limitation as fence is illegal and title company was negligent on both issues. Survey shows infringement. I was thinking about selling my house and feel I should resolve these issues before moving foward with selling my house.

I worked for the federal govenment as a seasonal employee. When the job ended the same job was re-posted and I applied and made the list. The procedure for hiring for this federal job requires supervisors to offer the position to those named on the list in the order that they were ranked. My supervisor did call me and said I was next on the list and asked If I wanted the job. I said yes, and I think this is where they did something wrong. My supervisor then told me “let me see how all this is gonna work out since administration is upset about you storing your belongings in the basement of one of the buildings. I told my supervisor what does that have to do with my job performance? Which was good. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I feel like I was wrongfully cheated out of a good job.

i would like to know if i have a case for a lawsuit yrs ago i was convicted of 3 duis and plead guilty to keep them mistameanor and was told after 1 yr suspention for each i would recieve my licence back now 19 yrs later still no licenceand now ive been charged with driving without a licence suspended3 times they have posted warrents for my arest for failure to apear and have arested me and charged me bailnow for these charges i was in the court when they said i wasnt on top of that there was the illegal surch and seisure of my vehicle do i have a case or not
